    Upon arrival there was no hot water, someone came the next morning and fixed the problem. On Christmas morning the hot water went out around 12:30. I called the lady said she was going to send someone, but of course no one was going to come out on Christmas. We checked out the day after Christmas with no hot water! Other than that everything was ok!

    Very comfortable place with nice view. Pools were great for the kids. Would stay again.
    The amenities were great. The condo was comfortable and clean. Great view and conveniently located.
    You can only have two cars even though there was plenty of space in the garage for three. Ice maker on fridge did not work. From reading reviews this has been for months. Not enough bath towels, only 4 when we had 8 people.

    When we got into our beds there was sand all between our sheets, there were 3 cochroches in our towels. Blender was smoking, as we tried using it. Someone said they would bring us a new one and never did. also we asked for a ocean view, we got a side view.

    We found our spot!
    We really enjoyed our stay at Waterscape A VI! Im torn between telling everyone I know about it or keeping it as our little secret gem. We took a couple trip but cant wait to come back with the kids! The facilities were even better than advertised. We enjoyed the pools, lazy River, gym and (easy to access) beach every day! Location was great, check in and out was simple and staff was friendly. We will be back yearly!

    Bed was comfortable. Condo well appointed with most accessories.
    Carpet in halls was worn and WET. Perhaps a laminate floor would make more sense for people going in and our to pool and beach. Musty, unpleasant smell in hallways. Could not locate cart for bags upon arrival. No coffee filters in condo which should be a must. They're cheap.

    It was a relaxing, enjoyable time with family to hang out and soak up the sun.
    The condo was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. The pools were fabulous! While some of the adults went for the beach, the children loved the pools. There was a place for everyone, regardless of age.
    Not the fault of the condo owner, but the Lazy River was blocked off on our last day there. Also no one's fault, but one day began with thunderstorms. There isn't much to do in Ft. Walton Beach when it rains except things costing quite a bit of money. We thought we'd go the the Gulfarium only to be told that 95% of it is outdoors!! That completely defeated the purpose. The complex needs to fix the Coke machine so it will take cards as only the Pepsi machines worked well.
