The room was reasonably clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were accommodating when we needed to book an extra night for a late night checkout. The staff were all friendly and courteous.
There was no complimentary coffee available in the rooms with our own coffee pot. The bistro and bar coffee was way too strong. The complimentary drink was limited to 2 selections only. The restaurant and bar had minimal menu selections and our drinks were not the greatest. The hot tub was not very hot and overcrowded most evenings, with children.

Location is amazing but the lack of parking & $45 valet pissed me off.
Location, bathroom products, & they let us check out an hour later.
Very hard to find parking in the area so you have to use their $45 valet. It should be included in the hotel price. Free welcome pina colada was so sugery. Room is pretty but no light for the prettiest part and no closet.

Wayfinder was in a great location without the price tag. Just 5 minutes walk to the best part of Waikiki Beach, hotels such as Moana Surfrider and the main shopping area. You feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you arrive. The staff are very friendly but the hotel has a really fun, funky vibe about it. Brand new so nothing looks or feels tired. Coffee was good as was the drinks and food at the bar and restaurant. Loved the tokens for welcome drinks which made you stop and relax and enjoy the pool area before you headed out. Would absolutely 100% stay there again.

Was fine, but won't stay here again. Hidden fees.
Most of the staff was very friendly. Beautiful pool area, even though we never used it.
Room service didn't change out our sheets. Just made our beds with the same sheets we'd used every night. They also didn't take the trash out.
There was a parking fee that no one told us about, so I never got my security deposit back. Figured that would have been included in the total cost? Or that anyone would mention it at check in or check out??

Beautifully designed. Felt very in keeping with Hawaii.
The only gripe I had were the bed sheets. They seemed clean but on our first stay they had a nasty smell. I asked to be changed - and it had the same smell. A third time it was better. Then when we came back and again a few days later, the sheets had the same smell, we were only there for one night on our second stay, so just put up with it.
