    Beautiful place but dont rely on their wake up calls.
    The nature walk around the lake is great and the driver for the shuttle was very friendly.
    We went to Fairbanks for the northern lights and requested a wake up call for both of our rooms if the lights were visible from the property. On the morning we flew out the driver told us the lights that night were great and when he called it in for them to give the wake up calls he specifically asked them to make sure they called us. So this was a real downer on the trip. The place is nice but dont trust them to give you a wake up call. Book and pay someone to take you out and see it.

    The beds definitely need to be updated and need to be queen size. More cooking utensils would be helpful

    Comfortable enough but not all I was expecting
    Size of room and water pressure
    False advertising! NO way to see the northern lights with the parking lot lights on all night and the many buildings around. Wake up call is a joke. Blood and stains on sheets, tears on sheets and couch, pull out mattress awful, patches to walls, carpet, and shower Walls and floor very thin.

    If I make it back to Fairbanks, I'd likely stay here again!
    The staff was friendly. Good location and the grounds were very pretty; the flowers were beautiful. The room we ended up with was nicely laid out and, though we didn't cook, the full kitchen is a great feature as is the shared/common balcony.
    Was supposed to have two beds but only had one so I ended sleeping on the couch. The mattress on the hideaway bed was FILTHY and should be burned!!! The room was generally clean but could be improved.

    Best place to stay in Fairbanks
    The staff were very friendly and the room we were given was the suite and I must say it's very spacious and comfy. It had a kitchen and was very well equipped with utensils which made our stay in Alaska a bit more homely. Really loved the stay and the location was perfect. It's like a 5min drive to Walmart

    The location and wildlife reserve
    Entry hall to the room had a bad odor they only clean the room every 4 days which I didnt have a problem with however on the 5th day when they hadnt come to the room I not only had to call the front desk but I also had to figure out where to take the garbage and old towels since the guy just handed me a bag full of clean towels and 2 garbage bags so I got the message I needed to clean my own room which I did then on our last day they came in and cleaned which to me didnt make sense. There are way too many choices I would never stay there again

    Enjoyable, quiet property with accommodating staff.
    Kitchen was adequately equipped for basic cooking. Rooms were decently sized. Furniture was basic, but comfortable and not worn. Bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was available although we chose not to use it. Plenty of towels available. Quiet.
    Only had one bathroom in a two-bedroom condo. As we were two couples, this was inconvenient. Although the larger bedroom had two beds, all the beds were only full-sized beds.

    Overall, a very nice property that is quiet and relaxing
    The rooms are huge! They are like 1-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, living room, and dining space. The location is nice and set back from the road, so it's very quiet. It is well-landscaped and feels more inviting than a standard hotel. The location is very safe too.
    The beds are only full-size so they are a little small for a couple and the mattresses are very soft. We rolled into the center. The door locks are finicky and a bit difficult to use.
