    The Location, the ambience. The spa and the eco-friendly infrastructure was mesmerising.
    Transport to and from the location was quite hectic. The Reception staffs were not as friendly during check out than they were when during check in.

    One of the Best place to stay in Coorg
    We were attracted with the inhouse Waterfall, the waterfall was superb and met our expectation, the property is located in serene place and scenery is wonderful, you are always under the sound of waterfall, some times it is serene but some times it is irritating as you feel like raining all the time. the property is neatly maintained, you could see lot of staff's always doing some work to improve the property. The food is great and never had any issues. all breakfast, lunch and dinner were exceptional. we went for Diwali and they arranged folk dance, mehndi and music it was wonderful . The drive from main town to property is excellent, if you are new driver, it is very difficult to drive so be careful. it has single road for very long period of time but the drive is fantastic.

    The rooms seems require lot of maintenance, Bathroom is neat but requires new fittings, the veranda door is not closing properly, we could depict the property age. Some of the staff's need to be more patient with customers, some little bit rude.

    Amazing property. Very serene remote location. Full board was reasonably priced. The room was well appointed. The entire experience was top notch. We went here a week ago and it was scorching hot. I am sure the property will be plenty beautiful in the rains.

    Fabulous resort with fabulous, dedicated and disciplined staff
    Whatever you want or whatever you wish, the staff will give their 100% to fulfill our wish and they will make it done right. Especially Mr. Bhojraj and Mr. Basant, these two helpers were doing a v great job.. entire staff is very helpful and friendly.. we were about to checkout at 5 AM and they arranged breakfast for two pax in the morning at 5 AM.. excellent experience

    Memorable stay, could have been better.
    Its clean, hygienic and the food was really good. The breakfast buffet spread was adequate . Ayatana is beautifully located amidst the jungle, the green luscious flora is relaxing and serene
    The staff were less responsive ! We wanted an extra bed & quilt at night but no one was attending the call at the reception. Instead of repeated calls, we were unable to reach them. That had really put us off. They can provide better hospitality considering their tariff

    Good food, great location, courteous staff But lack of management, pathetic buggy service, cleanliness not good- in rooms as well as restaurants and even washrooms.. Rooms very basic, bathrooms are horrible-no hot water, hand towels, floor mats or towels,very slippery floors in the bathroom, dangerous for elderly people..

    A true gem, extremely kind staff who treat the guest as own family, a trip to remember
    Besides having a unique location, amazing food, a private waterfall and superb spa facility, its a world class hospitality and kindness shown by every member of the resort, something to treasure for a long time!
    There's absolutely nothing which I did nt like! Everything was spot on
