    Pathetic, lousy
    Nothing. It was a very poor hotel, Very dirty and poorly kept.
    Images are all misleading. they are masquerading to be an ITC property as search for ITC hotel in Jaisalmer land on their property. The hotel manager is hardly interested in taking care of the guests. Additionally, the photos of the property are misleading. they are showing photos of a different property and selling something else. they are without doubt swindling money

    Disappointing...not worth the money at all.
    The only good thing about the property was it's location. It's near to market area and easily accessible by car.
    Was my first stay with welcome heritage hotel chain but utterly disappointed.Dont know why it's rated so highly. Lots of things. 1. For the amount that is being charged, facilities are not upto the mark. 2. Breakfast spread was tiny and that too pathetic in taste. 3. Didn't feel welcome at all since the arrival at reception. The attitude of staff was very neutral and busy in themselves. 4. No any extra facilities like some common area, gym, etc...pool is there but full of pigeons. Regretted the stay..should have spent just few more bucks and enjoyed the luxury of staying at marriot instead.

    Location was good in the city centre
    Service was not good. They cheaped out on the buffet lunch and breakfast by deliberately being late on the buffet refill, waiting on new guests to arrive.

    Breakfast was great.Palace located in the heart of city.Dinner at roof top restaurant was great very memorable.
    Very particular with the checkout time.Requested for late check out as our flight was in the afternoon but they asked us to vacate the room and use the facilities like pool etc.
