Facilities, food and staff were great

Air conditioning had some issues and both the rooms I took had faced the issues during the stay. The ac wouldn't cool upto it's potential and the staff were aware of the issue. They tried to rectify the third night

Location is very good so is breakfast, welcome drink and cookie upon arrival and Dakshin restaurant and their service and food. Very comfy bed 4 bottles of complimentary water.

Saw a rat running around on 4th floor corridor maybe because of the rat they did some pest control spray on our last night and the entire hotel was smelling like pest control spray even the restaurant. The other restaurant sevice is very poor because of there buffet dinner they are too busy to serve ala carte guest we had to wait 1 hour to get a simple noodle .We were checking out 6.45am so we have confirmed twice with the reception that they have a packed breakfast option which includes some indian (PARATHA) and bread omelette. 6am i called them they confirmed it will be ready by 6.30am but when we reach at the reception we saw they gave our breakfast pack to some other guest and told us chef hasn't reach the hotel yet.

Its just a fair stay.

The breakfast is very tasty and elaborate.

They have no TV channels of any use. All useless channels and the shower drain is blocked with water stagnation. Useless for a 5-star property.
