it was a memorable stay and i would recommend this place

the stay was splendid. breakfast was great. room were superb. whole place was heated so there was no problem even at low temperatures

everything is perfect but it can be little difficult for old age people because of lot of stairs and steps

The AC/Heating system of the hotel is a bit outdated.. We couldn't control the temperature in the room.

This hotel is incredible - it was our first time visiting Mussoorie and we're so glad we stayed here. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and arranged a taxi for us to visit Lal Tibba (20mins away). The hotel is located just off Mall road, and so is in a fantastic central location. The food at the hotel was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner buffet and breakfast, such a wide choice and everything was delicious. The hotel grounds are truly amazing, high up in the clouds with the most beautiful scenery, it felt like we could have been in the Swiss Alps. The hotel also provides lots of activities for guests, which included a bonfire along with a guitarist who sang to us under the stars. If you are visiting Mussoorie, then you must stay here.

Warm staff, lovely views and an old world charm

Sincere thanks to the lovely warm staff at ITC Savoy, each and everyone from the welcome was just a pleasure to meet. The rooms do have a lot of the old school charm and the hotels heritage and history make it all the more unique. It has all aspects to offer right from a family retreat, to alternatively having a quiet relaxing time. With the lush gardens and great views it was indeed picturesque. This stay will be a memory we will cherish. Until next time !!

If you visit Mussoorie, this is a must stay hotel.

The heritage property is stunning with beautiful lawns and spacious rooms: maintaining its old world charm with wooden floors and high ceiling, the history of the property is conserved which makes it more delightful to stay there. The rooms maintained their old world charm with comfortable beds, a study, walk-in wardrobe and sitting lounge. The hotels staff was just so friendly and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. Lots of activities to keeps kids and families engaged.
