    The cleanliness and friendly.we also liked the shower especially as it helped keep us warm
    There wad no heating except for a small heater which only warmed the part of the room in was sitting in.there was no hot water in the bathroom sink our room was changed from the first floor to the second floor without telling us in advance.

    Fantastic place a warm welcome and clean environment
    The property was extremely clean and smelled lovely. The owner was very friendly and was extremely welcoming when I arrived. The room was clean and tidied every day and clean towels were left too. There was complementary tea and coffee and biscuits left which I think is a lovely touch.The furniture is old but that does not take away the cleanliness of the hotel room.And the bed is nice and comfy.
    There was nothing I can say that I didnt like about this hotel.

    Another great visit we wouldn't stay anywhere else the owners are just lovely the rooms are always clean and fresh it's walking distance to the beach so once you get a space to park you don't need to move the car, surprisingly quite, we were lucky to be visiting on a day when yarmouth were playing on the filed opposite so could watch the game in the dry as it was pooring down, looking forward to our next visit
    The only thing I'd say is probley just me it would be useful to have a glass or plastic cup for cold drinks. But I'm going to try and remember to bring one with me next visit

    Nice no frills property for a basic, comfortable stay.
    Clean, great location, dog friendly, friendly hosts, tea, coffee, biscuits, working television.
    Was getting a bit hot - maybe they would have provided portable fans on asking.
