    Location - Access to Vijaynagar beach Spacious room. Clean bathroom.
    The property has a very nice access to a beautiful beach. But they have not maintained the access and don't keep the beach very clean. People had thrown beer bottles in the stretch.

    Peaceful getaway!
    The entire campus was clean, including the areas leading to the beach. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
    Some of the bathroom fittings were loose and the overall cleanliness did not match the room or the other facilites of the hotel. Needs improvement.

    The hospitality was on point. From reception to room service to restaurant waiters, all of them impressed us with their kind service. The location is attached to VijayNagar beach which makes the 4:00am Sunrise easy to watch.
    There is no major dislike since the entire experience has been phenomenal

    There are a lot of scope for improvements!
    The property has a private beach which is not maintained! Complementary breakfast and Food was very good.
    The ACs in room were faulty, Had to change room. The swimming pools water is very unclean, lead to rashes. Having dinner at the resorts private beach is paid 500/person (only for seating).
