    Guests stayed for one night at White Hart, Andover by Marston's Inns. The room was nice but in need of refurbishment. Service was great, with a nice free breakfast included. However, dinner was disap (Read More)pointing due to problems in the kitchen, leading to staff repeatedly changing orders. Despite this, the hotel/pub was clean and comfortable but could benefit from a refurbishment. Overall, guests were happy with everything except for the lack of organization in the kitchen.

    Room was clean and the bed large and very comfortable with a good quality mattress . To include full English breakfast in the price for two people was great value. It was very tasty and freshly cooked . The staff could not have been more helpful.
    Our room needed some attention. The curtains were in a poor state and difficult to draw. Window was open when we arrived and the room was very cold. Radiators did not seem to be working, but there was a small plug in electric heater that quickly heated the room up. Only two electric sockets, both at floor level by the bathroom door. Had to use this to boil the kettle. Not ideal or very safe. Plaster was also missing from the middle of the ceiling, but the room was dry and the carpet very clean. If you take off the cost of an average cooked breakfast then the room is cheap. Is it good value - yes. Would I pay more to stay there-yes but only if the rooms were fully refurbished.

    A good hotel with very friendly staff, the breakfast was very good, and to top it all there was a northern soul and motown night which was fantastic
    We had a double room and a single room, the double was fine but the single was not so good, a lot of street noise, couldnt turn the heating down and a weird banging noise all night

    Good stay but would not stay again due to issues as above, but would use the pub.
    Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, pub was lovely, location excellent with free parking a bonus and staff great
    The kettle was located on a cupboard but there was no power point in that area to plug in , only power point was located near bathroom door low down by skirting so making it hard to use and dangerous. The bath and shower had black mould round by top of the bath, the toilet seat was not fixed properly, loose and kept moving. Above the bed was two wall lights which did not work no bulbs and the switch to operate these was three gang and only one worked for central light.

    Nice comfortable stay right in the town centre. Excellent breakfast and good value.

    The staff are great as we're the staff last year when my friend and I stayed there
    It was cold in the family room and although heaters were brought in, it was cold. The staff did their best but the old Inn needs some investment.
