San Fransico. We love you and the White Swan.

The White Swan staff made me feel like a family member. The customer service was unique in this cold, cold world. I even met the manager one morning at breakfast. Everyone was exceptionally polite, kind and fun. The bed was so comfortable, I was super happy and slept well. It was fully booked but quiet and lovely. Darling old decor, art and antiques.Reminded me of Paris left bank, in the 4th. Many folks appeared to be from other countries. The Lounge and Dinning" area on the first floor/ Terrace level was very comfortable with a garden patio, fireplace, library and Dinning. Uniquely San Francisco. Excellent location, close to Union Square the Trolley Cars. Walking distance to all the fun stuff. Like? China Town, Waterfront, North Beach, Coit Tower and more. Great food to be had within blocks. Little bodegas or groceries on almost ev block, and they all had huge selections for wine. We WILL be back. Thanks so much to the Staff at the White Swan.

Really cool stay in the heart of the city

Super well decorated with great vibes and funky decor, great location, great staff, good breakfast, working fireplace in room, and all-day coffee available.

Our room was on the first floor in a busy hallway so we had a lot of noise early in the morning.

Loved it and would highly recommend it for tourists and business travellers alike

A small boutique hotel with excellent location. Decent breakfast. A delightful unexpected part is the evening wine hour with a cheese platter from 5 PM to 6.30 PM. The lounge area is a really charming place and a fireplace in each room is a bonus. Highly recommended

Lighting in room could be better, though it's at par with most hotels

Quaint, cozy place in the heart of the city. Felt safe walking around, even at night.

Nice to have hot boiled eggs for breakfast. Would prefer yogurt without artificial sweetener in it. Beautiful dining area.

Hot in the room but unusually warm day in the city. Valet parking outrageous in price. Parked a half block away for 4 days for almost less than the daily rate thru the hotel.
