There is no need to go to this property. This property is an utter waste of time money energy. I came to this property thinking that I will have a good time and that they will have basic minimum quality of living to begin with their rooms were smelly, there were no curtains, the AC was not working, the bathrooms were stinking, there were cobwebs in the entire room, the bed sheets were looking as if somebody had just used them before me, and the guys were saying that no it has been cleaned, unclean water was given to drink, there was dust on the floor and all this is after I had informed them a week prior to me actually coming to the place. It was a very sorry state of affairs and we had to take a complete refund and go to another hotel at midnight. Booking.com, guys were worthless jobs. Not willing to help us at any cost, they were not willing to even provide a refund stating that the policy of the property did not allow them to give a complete refund. We had to literally fight with the manager of the property to get a refund. It was such an embarrassing situation. I hope no one ever has to go through what I went through. This property wasted my entire 24 hours in Goa and I forgot to add the staff was simply useless, they were more busy playing games, chilling out and talking smack amongst each other then actually helping us with the room, for every thing they had just one answer that the maintenance of the property was going on. I highly urge anyone coming to Goa for work oblique leisure to not booked this property at any cost until unless they want to have a pathetic time.
