    Awful Customer Service During Stay
    The hotel is situated in a great location.
    We did not get the room that was advertised and booked on Booking.com and the Winchester Royal Hotel staff were extremely rude on the day. The manager in charge at the time said he wouldn't do anything as we had already paid through booking.com. However, after emailing the General Manager to explain what had happened, he apologised and thankfully gave us a partial refund for our awful experience.

    Fantastic location and beautiful hotel
    The hotel was beautiful, going at Christmas meant it was full of pretty christmas decorations too. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the dining room was beautiful. The complementary toiletries and biscuits were also such a bonus. We also especially loved meeting the cat that comes to visit the hotel, so cute!

    Mold everywhere furniture worn seems to be at least 20 years old, had allergies since theres old carpet everywhere. Its a shame because the location and size of the rooms is great just could do with some refurbishments
