    Everything and more than we expected.
    Staff were lovely, smiles and happy feel to the place which really makes a place feel welcoming!
    Nothing, room was lovely, staff were great and the little doggie in reception was as waggy tailed as the lovely staff were smiley.

    Amazing, friendly, and helpful staff despite the freezing snow they were out shoveling the path and making sure we all were happy. They were very welcoming and gave a great upgrade. Very clean. Nice area. Good beds and a cool spa bath.

    Excellent room/breakfast and location when visiting Windermere
    Room was so cosy and comfortable and had a great 2night sleep. Loved how we had breakfast in bed, coming through the hatch and also private patio area. An ideal place and will be back. Thank you

    Lovely big room , large bathroom with spa bath, great breakfast every morning
    We booked a winter break knowing if the weather was bad we had an indoor pool as advertised, however when we asked where it was we were told its in a health club over a mile away so felt a little missled

    Room spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast choice was excellent and plentiful. Bathroom with spa bath was perfect We received a very pleasant welcome and every need was catered for
