The staff were very friendly and it was easy to arrange the airport shuttle.

The staff behind the front desk were extremely friendly including the shuttle drivers to and from the airport.

I guess my only complaint is that my room was a little outdated but it was still very clean and the bed was super comfortble.

Convenient stay near the airport!

Loved how close it was for a flight out of Charlotte Douglas airport. The rooms had everything we needed. It wasnt luxurious but clean and comfortable.

It felt dated.

Awesome value!

Right off the highway-easy to find. The room was clean and spacious. And the bed was so comfortable!

The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be painted-there was no ventilation fan in there, so you could tell that it need damaged by moisture.

Pleasant and cozy.

The check in staff was extremely welcoming. Breakfast had lots of options. Owner was present on property and greeted us.

The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The check out staff was not as friendly. I miss when hotels automatically placed blankets on the bed.
