It was good and a memorable one. The Property is fantastic and the location is wonderful.
The Location was fantastic. The Hotel is situated just beside the Bias River. The approach road to the Hotel is not well made though.
The Food was very expensive. The billing was note proper. I was not provided the Bills for my food and other consumables. I was charged GST over and above MRP on some of the packaged items. My food bill was more than my room tariff.

.I was called by the staff 2-3 before I was supposed to arrive and told to either pay 25% or 50% or the booking would be cancelled. Either pay or we'll have to cancel the booking.
This was when, when I myself connected with the hotel to understand if I could make advance payment, but that message was ignored then. This was highly unacceptable.
Further, they've installed speakers outside each room and play reception / lift music constantly on it, which is very disturbing, when all you want to do is relax.

Clean and nice ambience. The stay was nice overall. Sound of the river.
Food could be better for the cost. When we stay longer check in and check out should be relaxed a bit free of cost(atleast when rooms are available).

Location was great even the rooms with river nearby ,what else do you need when u can listen the sound of river while u sleep
Some of the attendants were humble n polite ..but some lacks prossionalism and should improve themselves in their soft skills, dinner not served in our room was kind of disappointment to me..

Worst stay I had ever...pet noise specially dog barking in whole night in front of my cottage and in morning a goat making noise.. overpriced food and not in taste.0 rating..not recommended to anyone.no power backup
