Disappointing

Only stayed as it was near MGH. Never again. UNCOMFORTABLE.

Its clean and close to the hospital.

The beds are TERRIBLE. Hard, springy, just TERRIBLE. Ugh. Do NOT stay here if you are having any sort of operations or anything. I wouldve been better off in a chair at the hospital.

The worst stay that I had in US.

Nothing. It was a bad experience.

Manager and staff at night, they charged me for a bigger room and all the rooms have the same size. During the day, the manager was good (when I was moving to another hotel).

Great location and satifactory overall.

The location was excellent, within a short walking distance of the charming Beacon Hill area. Charles street is also nearby with shops and places to eat. The hotel is right next to Whole Foods and a short walk from two subway stations. The staff were also very helpful in general.

The bathroom seemed in need of some maintenance (the drainage clogged up easily). There was no fridge in the room which seemed like a pretty basic thing to include.

The Location and overall cleanliness makes this place a germ for Boston visit. It is close to museums and restaurants.

The location is great, the room is clean and comfy. Parking facility was cheaper then expected.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, it would be great to have more densed curtains to keep the night away from the room. No fridge in the room.
