Very good

Even though the rooms were nice, you will think twice to book once you meet the staff.

Excellent rooms, clean, tidy and comfortable. Not so spacious. The hotel is really far from the city centre. Using a train/bus could last up to an hour. Nice facilities, spacious sitting area in the lobby, quite and comfy atmosphere.

Our first impression with the staff was not pleasant at all. First there was a problem with their system. The rooms under my name were not coming up on the system, showing we didn't had a booking. Instead of helping us the lady who was at the reception was rude and unpolite telling us we haven't booked any rooms. When this was sorted, our booking was for 4 people, 2 rooms, however, on their system was showing that it was booked for 2 people, 2 rooms. The lady insisted on paying extra money for the other 2 persons with me. Even though I was showing evidence of my booking for 4 people, she kept telling me to pay extra and become more rude. Another problem was when we asked for guidance to our room, however, no one seemed to be interested in helping us. Overall, we had a really bad experience with the staff.

Good & practical but not eco friendly

The self check-in & check-out service is amazing. The shower is pretty good and the hotel is really clean. Personnel is really nice . Breakfast is good.

I dont like the small plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. Not ecological.

The hotel is nice, unfortunately items disappeared from the hotel room!

The hotel room is nice and the property well located next to the tram station. The main issue is that items disappeared from the hotel room in the day no.4 (26 December 2023).We believe the housekeeping staff took the item when they came to clean up the room, as it was left on the table.

Great Stay. Highly Recommend

The staff was really nice and helpful. I had left my cap in my room and had checked out but they gave me card access again even after I had checked out. The breakfast was also great with a lot of options. Everything was great. It is a bit far from the centre but still easy to commute.

The cleaning was a real disaster and the last day was completely inexplicable. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel on the day of departure, and although my job consists of going from hotel to hotel, I had never encountered something like this. The waiter at the door had evidently erratic behavior, which reached its climax when we saw him, on three occasions, put his hand in the bowl of muesli, and eat directly (of course, separating the seeds that interested him). Completely surprising and unacceptable
