    The Yaya Hotel & Apartments is highly recommended for its great location next to a shopping centre, clean and luxurious apartments, friendly staff, and great swimming pool. The recently renovated roo (Read More)ms have nice interior, good showers, and smart TVs. The hotel has amenities such as a tennis court, laundry, and a baby play area. One downside is that the windows are not mosquito-proof. The location is peaceful and close to malls and major roads. The hotel offers amenities like a pool, gym, and breakfast.

    There was construction going on that made staying in the room during work, impossible. The hotel did not work with me to stay a few hours after checkout

    Excellent flat and location. Close to amenities and a short taxi to anywhere.
    As there was construction/ refurbishment, there really wasn't a gym, reception, or playground etc. I didn't know that prior to booking which was unfortunate.

    The apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was big enough for my entire family, and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the A/C in the bedrooms.
    The only thing I didn't enjoy was how long the water heater took to warm the water.

    The entire apartment was luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality utensils and top of the line equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were spotless. The property is very well maintained and the staff are wonderful. The location is great as well, yaya centre right next door has a lot of great restaurants and places to shop for curios that are significantly cheaper than the curio shops along the highway. Would definitely go back whenever I visit Nairobi again.
    Everything was wonderful, but just as a suggestion, it would have been nice to have the following things: 1. Air conditioning in the living room. 2. Some basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and dish soap. 3. Bath robes.

    Current gym is disappointing but hopefully with the renovations going on a decent gym will be put in place.
