The morning of the trip, I got a short message that no room is available. Afterward, instead of canceling, they changed the dates to one day later without prior consultation. According to Booking customer service, it is probably to avoid late cancelation charges. They have not responded to calls or emails to me or booking since. Highly recommend choosing another place to stay to avoid trouble.

Great location, value for money stay in Kolkata!

Probably the best location at this price, Cool vibes of this old architecture, Simple & healthy breakfast!

The room smelled like a moist and damp closed room, but it was airy so, it didn't bother me much. The staff didn't consider my request to extend my stay by just 1 hour, I even offered to pay extra but no use.
