    We had an excellent stay, Chetan and team were very helpful and ensured we had a good time at Zostel
    Breakfast was tasty, location is on the main road, so very convenient.

    property is located in good location.
    pathetic staff. worst experience in Zostel till now. we went with family and we are pure vegetarian.. staff served us vegetarian food which has non veg in it.. in place of feeling sorry for it they were arguing. for basic things we waited for hours .

    Like the duplex room we were staying in. It was spacious and cozy.
    There are no restaurants nearby and the kitchen though serves nice food but could do with a few improvements.

    Good location
    I stayed with my family for one day from 5 nov 22 to 6 nov 2022. Room size was very good where we stayed. I had views from almost 3 sides. My children loved the room and it location.
    As i shared room was very clean. Common room is accessed from 8 to 8 pm where children and adults can enjoy. Staff is spontaneous and very nice. They were always ready to accommodate our requests. However what i could have been better is rates. I was charged rs 4800 approx for one night which did not have any complimentary meal. Had they provided us breakfest in same tariff that would have been value for money deal.

    Amazing hill view, accessible location, wonderful and friendly staff.
    We didnt plan to stay the whole day, one should make the most of the time there.

    Wi-Fi Speed could have been better and a fan/ac would be good to have in a little hot weather
