    The property is very good. Worth for money and specially the hospitality is very good from the start to the end. Pawan bhaiyya is totally awesome person it was a very good stay in zostel rishikesh

    The Cleanliness and the staff was very nice. Komal, the volunteer at Zostel was very cooperative and helpful in guiding the travel spots.
    Zostel should contact the customers prior to the check in dates regarding the stay and Directions to visit the place. The number provided here is not reachable. As Laxman Jhula in Rishikesh has been closed for a while now, there should be a communication with customers in how to reach the place. I faced many things while crossing the bridge via River and Dragging my luggage as every road there is steep.

    Staff was extremely friendly particularly Komal at reception. She helped me in planning my trip.She also helped in making our one night stay extremely comfortable. Must recommended stay. Location gets full marks too.

    Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Mrs komal was Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

    Location was quiet good.
    There is no arrangement of food like they should provide room service or restaurant should be their for lunch , dinner and breakfast. Doors of the room are not up to mark as they stuck when we locked them.So they should do something for smooth locking of the doors

    Property was neat and clean and very well maintained.Specially thank to Pawan Rathore who met us has a property manager who became unforgettable friend.Whos one big reason you should stay in this Zostel.
