Day 1 Arrive in Cape Town, Cable Car to Table Mountain

  • Drive to the unforgettable Table Mountain, taking a cable car to the top (weather permitting) for sweeping views of the city of Cape Town.
  • Return to the city and pass through the Malay Quarter, drive past the Castle and around Table Bay to Milnerton lighthouse.
  • Here one can see Table Mountain from the same perspective as the early settlers did when they sailed into Table Bay.
  • Next, visit Jewel Africa, one of South Africa's premier destinations for international tourists seeking to purchase diamonds.
  • Finally, call it a day with a visit to the much-talked Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
