Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Guwahati to Nameri (240km/5hrs)
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, our representative will receive you and drive to Nameri National Park. For bird enthusiasts, Nameri is home to over 300 species of migratory and resident birds and a thriving tiger population under Project Tiger. Enjoy a thrilling safari or a serene rafting experience on the Jia Borali River.
Overnight stay in Nameri.
Post breakfast, enjoy your last moments at Nameri before embarking on a scenic drive to Dirang, a picturesque valley with misty rivers and breathtaking landscapes. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax for the evening.

After breakfast, visit Kalachakra Gompa (Dirang Monastery) and explore Dirang Dzong, a 150-year-old fortress offering spectacular views. On your drive to Tawang, you'll cross the Sela Pass (13,700 ft), the second-highest motorable road in the world. Stop by Jaswant Garh War Memorial and marvel at the scenic Nuranang Falls.
Overnight stay in Tawang.
Begin the day with a visit to Tawang Monastery, India's largest and Asia's second-largest Buddhist monastery, dating back to the 17th century. Explore the monastery's artifacts and breathtaking architecture. In the afternoon, visit the Tawang War Memorial, built in honor of soldiers who lost their lives during the 1962 Sino-Indian war. In the evening, you can shop for traditional handicrafts at the Craft Centre Emporium.
Overnight stay in Tawang.
After breakfast, depart for Bomdila. On arrival, visit Bomdila Monastery and enjoy the stunning views from the Bomdila View Point. Explore Bomdila Apple Orchards and enjoy a peaceful evening wandering the local markets.

After breakfast, drive to Tezpur, stopping en route at the Tipi Orchidarium, which houses over 500 species of orchids, including some rare varieties. Once in Tezpur, visit notable sightseeing locations before retiring for the night.

After breakfast, journey to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, often called the "Scotland of the East." En route, enjoy the scenic views of rolling hills and a stop at the serene Umiam Lake. After checking in at your hill resort, spend the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, head to Cherrapunji, one of Earth's wettest places. Explore natural wonders like the Mawsmai Caves, Nohkalikai Falls, and the famous Living Root Bridges. Afterward, return to Shillong for the remainder of your sightseeing before retiring for the night in Cherrapunji.
Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and head towards Guwahati for your airport or railway station drop. This marks the end of a beautiful journey with sweet memories of the Northeast.

What's Good: Had an amazing experience on our last Arunachal Pradesh trip with the Imity Travels, the service was too good, Miss Sadhna & Miss Prity helped us all throughout the trip, the hotel (Read More)s were good, the driver was very nice as well. Looking forward to more such trips in future.
What's Not Good: The hotel of Bombdilla was below par.

We planned our Arunachal trip from Gauhati to Tawang and back via kaziranga. Through holidify we found reference of Trikhal Tourism and believe me it was an excellent find. They helped me plan the iti (Read More)nerary, hotel booking , car with driver. And all was perfectly arranged. The driver and the car was excellent. It was a smooth trip with good experience. They took extra care to ensure they took us to good eating joints and market places wherever possible. Highly recommend them if you are planning your trip to Arunachal. One of the Hotel at Bhalukpong - WII international was an average hotel and should be avoided if possible.

Experiencing good trip , but there are few areas on improvement, like hotels and restaurants, cars etc, however they tried their best to make customers happy

Kudos to 3 Way destination for crafting a 6N/7D trip to Tawang at a leisurely pace. The hotels arranged were quite good and the vehicle was brand new. Had a great time. First thing first. I would like to thank Kiomoi for making my trip to Arunachal so amazing. I got to know about Kiomoi via some online travel marketplace. Soon I was contacted by one of Kiomoi's repre (Read More)sentative (Nitin) who was knowledgeable to advise places to visit and soon planned the tour for me. I was okay with the cost (which I must say was very competitive) and agreed to go ahead with the bookings. I was soon contacted by the operations team who booked the hotels and sent me the booking vouchers. I was initially worried and followed up a bit. Surendra from operations team was always very courteous. During my trip Laxmi from operations was my SPOC. Any problem (there was only one) was addressed immediately by Laxmi who made sure that my trip was not hampered. All the hotels were good. The car was very comfortable and our assigned driver(Brahma) knew all the routes very well. Thank you Nitin, Surendra, Laxmi and the other memebers of the Kiomoi team. Will highly recommend Kiomoi and will come back for more. Cheers.
