Day 1 Arrive in Darjeeling - Leisure Day
  • Pickup from NJP Railway Station/IXB Airport by our representative and transfer to Darjeeling.
  • On arrival, check in to the hotel.
  • Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
  • Enjoy a romantic flower bed decoration in your room
  • Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
  • Early morning (at 4.00 AM) drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga.
  • On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
  • After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ava Art Gallery and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs).
  • Spend the evening at leisure or go out shopping in the local markets.
  • Savor a romantic dinner arranged exclusively for you.
  • Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
  • After breakfast at hotel, drive to Gangtok.
  • On arrival at Gangtok, visit Banjhakri Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Flower show, Dro-drul Chorten and Namgyal Institute of Tibetology.

  • After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir which is 55 kms from Gangtok city.

  • From Tsomgo Lake, continue your journey to Baba Mandir, a sacred shrine dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh, an Indian Army soldier who is revered as a guardian deity by soldiers and locals alike. Legend has it that Baba Harbhajan Singh continues to protect the Indian Army personnel posted in the region, even after his demise.

What's Good: Overall very good experience, krishna travels has provide the excellent service to make the trip hassle free, they were continuously in touch with us through out the tour to make o (Read More)ur trip comfortable specially Anuradha Mam. I really like to recommend krishna travels.
