Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Chennai to Mahabalipuram

Upon arrival at Chennai, transfer to Mahabalipuram.
On arrival at Mahabalipuram, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Mahabalipuram to Pondicherry

After breakfast, visit the Shore temple and a few other temples nearby in Mahabalipuram
Later, drive to Pondicherry.
On arrival at Pondicherry, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Pondicherry Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full day of sightseeing in Pondicherry.
Visit Auroville, Aurobindo Ashram, and Government Museum,
Explore and hang out near the beach.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Pondicherry to Kumbakonam

After breakfast, drive to Kumbakonam.
En-route visit Chidambaram temple and Brihadeeswarar temple.
On arrival in Kumbakonam, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 Kumbakonam to Tiruchi to Chettinad

After breakfast, drive to Tiruchi.
At Tiruchi visit Rock Fort Temple and Srirangam temple.
Later depart to Chettinad.
On arrival at Chettinad, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 Chettinad Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Chettinad.
Visit the famous museum and old houses which have a long history of the region.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 Chettinad to Madurai

After breakfast, drive to Madurai.
On arrival at Madurai, check in to the hotel.
Later visit Sri Meenakshi temple and other temples.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 Madurai to Chennai

After breakfast, depart to the domestic airport for your flight to Chennai.
On arrival at Chennai, you will be picked up from the airport.
Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Later, visit some tourist spots.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9 Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Depart to the International Airport for your flight back home.
