He was not just a skilled driver but also a great guide, explaining everything in detail and ensuring we had a wonderful experience. His kindness and support stood out when my wife fell ill—he personally helped in purchasing medicines and even suggested effective local home remedies, which were really helpful. The tourism infrastructure was well-developed, with a range of accommodation options to suit all budgets. My cozy hotel in Gangtok offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The local tour operators were knowledgeable and friendly, helping me plan my itinerary to make the most of my time in Sikkim. They took me to all the major attractions, including Banjakri falls, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, and Rumtek Monastery. One of the highlights of my trip was the trek to the Kanchanjunga falls, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas. The trek was challenging, but the scenery made every step worthwhile.
