I would like to thank Uzma and his team for such a wonderful experience throughout and enjoyed the family trip. On very short notice she arranged cake and dinner for our anniversary. Just 1 more thing as you also know that travel industry has a very competitive environment these days and everyone is offering almost the same price. So price is no longer a differentiator for repeat customers. Superior customer service differentiates you in your business...
