Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Istanbul
- Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to your hotel.
- Check-in and meet your guide and fellow travelers at the welcome meeting.
Day 2 Istanbul Tour
- Start your day with a visit to the Mosque of Suleyman the Magnificent.
- Explore the historic walls, Golden Horn, and the exterior of Hagia Sophia.
- Visit Topkapi Palace and enjoy an evening transfer to Taksim Square for dining and exploring.
Day 3 Bosphorus Cruise
- Enjoy a two-hour boat trip on the Bosphorus, admiring the palaces, wooden houses, and Ottoman villas along the strait.
- Free time to explore Istanbul in the afternoon.
Day 4 Transfer to Kusadasi- Ephesus Visit
- Depart early for Ephesus, visiting Saint John’s Basilica, the House of the Virgin Mary, and the archaeological site.
- Continue to Kusadasi for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 Transfer to Marmaris - Exploration of Bodrum
- Travel to Lake Bafa, then to the fortified city of Bodrum.
- Explore its castle and lively streets.
- Continue to Marmaris for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 Transfer to Antalya - Visit Dalyan
- Take a boat ride in Dalyan to see the Royal Lycian Tombs and hot springs.
- Continue to Antalya for a brief city tour, including Hadrian’s Gate and the great waterfall.
- Diner and overnight stay in Antalya.
Day 7 Transfer to Nigde - Explore Aspendos and Side
- Visit the Roman theatre in Aspendos and the Greek temple of Apollo in Side.
- Cross the Taurus mountains and arrive in Nigde for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8 Transfer to Cappadocia
- Discover Cappadocia’s unique landscapes, including the underground monastery of Gumusler, the underground city of Kaimacli, Uchisar fortress, and the Goreme Valley open-air museum.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Cappadocia.
Day 9 Transfer to Safranbolu
- Travel to the green landscapes of Safranbolu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Enjoy traditional Turkish tea in an old Caravanserai courtyard.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Safranbolu.
Day 10 Transfer to Istanbul - Visit Gokgol Magarasi and Eregli
- Visit Gokgol Magarasi cave and the caves and tombs of Cehenemagzi in Eregli.
- Return to Istanbul for an overnight stay.
Day 11 Departure from Istanbul
- Enjoy breakfast before your departure.
- You can explore the city if time permits before your transfer to the airport.
- Accommodation:4 or 5 star hotels in Istanbul, Kusadasi, Marmaris, Antalya, Nigde, Cappadocia, and Safranbolu.
