Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Kochi

On arrival in Kochi, receive assistance from our representative and transfer to the hotel.
After freshening up, proceed for sightseeing of Kochi.
Visit Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jews Street, St. Francis church, Chinese fishing net & the Indo-Portuguese Museum.
Spend the evening at leisure.
Overnight stay at Kochi.

Day 2 Kochi to Alleppey

After breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed to Alleppey.
On arrival check in to the houseboat around the afternoon (between 12:30-01:00 PM)
A houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of the backwaters.
See the local village life along the banks.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure on the houseboat.
In the evening, enjoy the sunset.
Later the houseboat will be anchored in a safer place.
Overnight stay in the houseboat in Alleppey.
All three meals will be served on board on the houseboat.

Day 3 Alleppey to Munnar

After breakfast, proceed to Munnar.
On arrival check in to the hotel.
Spend the evening at leisure.
Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 4 Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Munnar.
Visit Anamudi Peak, Mattupetty Lake, and dam.
You could enjoy boating in the lake and dam.
Visit Echo point, Kundala dam, Top station, Eravikulam National Park, Tea Museum & Tea Factory, and the local markets.
Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 5 Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar)

In the morning, proceed to Thekkady (Periyar).
On arrival in Thekkady (Periyar) check in to the hotel.
After freshening up, proceed for sightseeing of Periyar.
Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar to see a large variety of wildlife (optional)
There are also few tribal villages you can explore.
Overnight stay at Thekkady.

Day 6 Thekkady to Madurai

After breakfast, proceed to Madurai.
On arrival check in to the hotel.
In the afternoon city tour of Madurai.
Visit Meenakshi temple, King Tirumala's Palace, Great tank and Gandhi museum.
Overnight stay at Madurai.

Day 7 Madurai to Rameswaram

After breakfast, proceed to Rameswaram.
On arrival check in to the hotel.
Visit Ramanathaswamy Temple.
Overnight stay at Rameswaram.

Day 8 Rameswaram to Kanyakumari

After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari.
On arrival check in to the hotel.
Visit the Amman Temples and Vivekananda Rock Memorial.
In the evening, enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.

Day 9 Kanyakumari to Kovalam

In the morning, drive to Kovalam & transfer to the hotel.
En-route visit the Padmnabhapuram Palace & Suchindram temple.
Later to Kovalam the international beach Resort.
The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse - sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programs, catamaran cruising, etc.
In the evening, enjoy the beach.
Ovvernight stay at Kovalam.

Day 10 Excursion to Trivandrum

In the morning, drive to Trivandrum.
In the afternoon sightseeing tour of Trivandrum.
Visit Sri Padmanabhaswamy, Napier Museum, Sri Chitra Art Gallery, and the zoo in Thiruvananthapuram.
Later, return to Kovalam.
Overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 11 Departure

After breakfast, proceed to the airport/railway station to board a flight/train for your onward journey.
