Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Cape Town
  • Welcome to your tour! Your representative greets you at the 'meeting point' at the exit after immigration and customs and transfers you comfortably to your hotel.
  • Proceed on a guided orientation tour of Cape Town.
  • Drive to the unforgettable Table Mountain, taking a cable car to the top (weather permitting) for sweeping views of the city of Cape Town.
  • Return to the city and pass through the Malay Quarter, drive past the Castle and around Table Bay to Milnerton lighthouse. Here one can see Table Mountain from the same perspective as the early settlers did when they sailed into Table Bay.
  • Next, visit Jewel Africa, one of South Africa's premier destinations for international tourists seeking to purchase diamonds.
  • Finally, call it a day with a visit to the much-talked Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
  • Overnight in Cape Town
  • Today enjoy your free guided Cape Peninsula tour.
  • Travel at a pace that allows you to explore the beauty of the Cape Peninsula. Depart for the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve along one of South Africa's most scenic routes, passing Hout Bay.
  • Enjoy a cruise to Seal Island to view seals and sea birds at Duiker Island (weather permitting).
  • Continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. The scenery en route to Cape Point, at the South Western tip of the reserve, is particularly lovely in spring when wildflowers carpet the landscape.
  • The new lighthouse - the most powerful in the world - beams an electric light of 19 million candle power across the ocean.
  • Visit Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens (time permitting)
  • Overnight in Cape Town
  • After breakfast depart for Stellenbosch.
  • Check-in to your hotel and then proceed for sightseeing

  • Then drive to Franschhoek to visit one of the oldest wine estates in the country, Boschendal Wine Estate.

  • Then visit the Franschhoek Motor Museum.
  • Later return back to Stellenbosch for an overnight stay.
  • Today after breakfast, visit Mont Rochelle Nature Reserve.
  • Take a hiking trail to watch the wildlife.
  • View the villages and peaks on your trails.
  • Next, visit Stark-Conde Wines. There is a small cafe near the water lagoon where you can sip wine and enjoy the picturesque beauty around. 
  • Return back to Stellenbosch. 
  • Evening is at leisure to explore the nightlife of the place. 
  • Overnight stay in Stellenbosch
  • Today after breakfast, check out and continue your journey to Garden Route via Hermanus.
  • On arrival in Hermanus, enjoy a walking tour around the Scenic Town.
  • Here go for wine tasting and later proceed towards George.
  • Overnight at George.
  • After breakfast, today visit Oudtshoorn
