  • Internal Tickets
  • Cost of Internal Tickets: Required to participate in the tour, included in the tour cost, presently calculated as of 1st August 2024.

  • Additional Charge: For customers holding a valid USA visa, an additional charge of USD 400 will apply for an Argentina E-visa.
  • Tour Manager / Local Representative
  • Tour Manager Services: Available if the group strength is 25 and above.
  • Sightseeing & Tours:
  • Conducted on a private basis by our local representative for groups of 12–25.
  • For groups of fewer than 12, sightseeing will be conducted on a shared (Seat in Coach) basis.
  •  Tips: USD 5 per person per day for the tour duration is to be paid to the tour manager on Day 01 of the tour.
  • Deviations: If you wish to travel on a date other than the group’s Ex-India departure date, return on a different date, or fly in/out of a city other than the start/end city, an additional charge will apply. This is subject to availability of seats for the given dates and ticket validity and will be advised by your sales staff/travel agent. Kindly note, the deviation will be actioned only 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
  • Yellow Fever Vaccination Charges.
  • Baggage Handling Fees: For additional check-in baggage and any additional sectors for internal flights.
  • Passport & POE Charges: The cost of obtaining a passport and POE charges.
  • Basic Travel Quota: Equivalent to the amount of USD 2,50,000.
  • Airfare Increases: Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as of 1st August 2024).
  • Rate Differences for Sector Tickets: The rate difference for sector tickets as the same is included based on current fare levels and exchange rates. Fares for sector tickets will be updated by the airline on 30th December 2024.
  • Personal Expenses: Including porterage at airports, laundry, wines, mineral/bottled water, food & drinks not included in the regular menus, mini bar, and telephone calls.
  • Meals: Meals are pre-set, and a menu choice is not available.
  • Excursions & Sightseeing: Costs for excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides other than those mentioned in "What Your Tour Price Includes."
  • Other Applicable Taxes: Extra charges will apply
