Day 1 Arrival in Madurai
  • Arrive at the airport.
  • On arrival at Madurai, check in to the hotel.
  • Later, proceed sightseeing.
  • Visit Meenakshi Amman Temple, Thirumalai Nayak Palace, Thirupparankundram, and Gandhi Museum.
  • Overnight stay at Madurai.
  • After breakfast, proceed to Rameshwaram.
  • On arrival at Rameswaram, check in to the hotel.
  • Later, proceed sightseeing.
  • Visit Ramanathaswamy Temple, Agnitheertham, Dhanushkodi (jeep cost extra), Former President Shri. Dr. Abdul Kalam’s House, and Pamban Bridge.
  • Overnight stay at Rameshwaram.
  • After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari.
  • On arrival in Kanyakumari, check in at the hotel.
  • Later, proceed sightseeing.
  • Visit Padmanabhapuram Palace, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Bhagavathy Amman Temple, Gandhi Memorial, Bharat Mata Temple, Kanyakumari Beach, and Sunset View Point.
  • Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.
  • After breakfast, proceed to Kovalam.
  • On arrival in Kovalam, check in to the hotel.
  • In the evening, relax at the Kovalam beach.

  • Visit the Secretariat, Museum, Mini Zoo, and the famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple (optional).

  • In the evening, visit the crescent-shaped beaches of Kovalam, i.e. Samudra Beach, Hawa Beach & Lighthouse Beach.
  • Overnight stay at Kovalam.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Alleppey.
  • Around 1200 hrs, check in at the houseboat and start your cruise through the rich and splendid backwater.
  • Relax at the houseboat.
  • Cruise along the village sides and paddy fields, witnessing the Kerala villages' core life for the whole day.
  • Overnight stay at the houseboat.
  • In the morning, after breakfast check out from the hotel.
  • Drive to Thekkady. Thekkady is a world-famous wildlife sanctuary and it is also called Periyar.
  • On arrival, check in to the hotel.
  • In the afternoon, proceed for a game viewing cruise on Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar, etc.
  • Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

I booked 4 star hotel in Rameshwaram, Madur (Read More)ai Hotel staff in Rameshwaram and Madurai very supportive. I got totally vegetarian in both the Hotel(Daiwik Hotel in Rameshwaram) Good Hospitality in both the Hotels(Daiwik and Sterling) I enjoyed good sight- seeing in Rameshwaram and Madurai. In this Package(Rameshwaram and Madurai) include Cab Facility, with the help of Driver. I touched all the part of Rameshawram and Madurai, Mr Tajudden, he is very well behaved and fully supportive. Overall the travel package, staff and cab driver were very good and friendly. One small problem was with the hotel which I asked the tourers to book extra (out of the package provided). That extra (Read More)hotel was very poor. But the package itenary and hotels were good. Just had one small problem. Other then that a good trip.
