What's Good: Wow!!! We had such a splendid experience with Mia kashmir tour and travels... It was an amazing trip and everything so well planned and oragnised that we just had to bother abou (Read More)t packing my bags, rest everything was seamless. I would like to thank Uzma and his team for such a wonderful experience throughout and enjoyed the family trip. On very short notice she arranged cake and dinner for our anniversary. Just 1 more thing as you also know that travel industry has a very competitive environment these days and everyone is offering almost the same price. So price is no longer a differentiator for repeat customers. Superior customer service differentiates you in your business...
