Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Delhi - Transfer to Shimla

Arrive in Delhi Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Stand ,T ransfer to Shimla
Approximately 9-10 hours (350 kilometers) to Shimla.
En Route and visit Pinjore Garden, a beautiful Mughal-style garden that is perfect for a short stop.
When you arrive in Shimla, check into the hotel and relax.
Dinner and Overnight Stay at the hotel in Shimla

Day 2 Shimla – Kufri – Shimla Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, head to Kufri, a popular hill station.
Visit Wildflower Hall and scenic viewpoints
Optional activities: Horse riding, yak riding
Visit Fun World Kufri and the Himalayan National Park.
Return to Shimla for local sightseeing
Explore the Mall Road, The Ridge, and Christ Church.
Dinner and Overnight Stay at the hotel in Shimla.

Day 3 Shimla to Manali via Kullu

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Manali (approx. 7-8 hours).
En Route Attractions: Sundar Nagar Lake Mini Kashi Mandi Pandoh Dam
Stop at Kullu for sightseeing and shopping (famous for Kullu shawls).
Arrival in Manali
Check into the hotel.
Spend the evening at leisure.
Overnight Stay in Manali.

Day 4 Manali Snow Point – Solang Valley

After breakfast, head for a day excursion to Solang Valley
Enjoy breathtaking views of the snow-covered Himalayas.
Adventure activities (at own cost): Paragliding, zorbing, ropeway rides, skiing, and more.
Visit Nehru Kund and Him Valley.
Return to Manali.
Overnight Stay in Manali.

Day 5 Manali Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the local attractions of Manali
Visit Hadimba Devi Temple: A 450-year-old temple set amidst tranquil woods.
Visit the Tibetan Monastery and Club House.
Visit Van Vihar and Vashisht Temple (known for hot water springs).
Explore the vibrant Mall Road for shopping and local cuisine.
Dinner and Overnight Stay at the hotel in Manali.

Day 6 Manali Sightseeing - Transfer to Dharamshala

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Dharamshala (approx. 240 kilometers, 7-8 hours).
Visit Baijnath Temple - A historical Shiva temple.
Visit Palampur Tea Gardens - Enjoy the scenic beauty of lush green tea plantations.
Arrival in Dharamshala. Check into the hotel.
Overnight Stay in Dharamshala.

Day 7 Full Day Excursion to Mc Leodganj

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion of Mc-Leodganj, which is named as such because of its large population of Tibetan refugees.
Visit the local attractions like the Dalai Lama Temple, Naddi, and Dal Lake.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 Dharamshala to Manali - Leisure Day

After an early breakfast, check out from your hotel in Dharamshala and embark on a scenic drive to Manali (approx. 240 km, 7-8 hours).
Enjoy beautiful views of lush valleys, rivers, and snow-capped mountains.
Upon reaching Manali in the afternoon or evening, check into your hotel
Spend the day rest of the day at leisure
Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 9 Depart for Delhi

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and leave for Delhi.
Drop at Delhi for onwards journeys to home

We had a delightful tour from 1st to 6th March 2024 with Sulekha Tours. Anjoj the coordinator was very responsive and helpful. Mr Baldev Singh was a competent and professional driver who was always (Read More)punctual, cheerful and pleasant. Our guides at Delhi and Agra were knowledgeable and friendly. We were particularly impressed with Mr Aman, our guide at Jaipur, who despite his youth was very knowledgeable and engaging and thoughtful. He had proactively helped us take many great photos and a video. Thumbs up!
