Snorkeling in Pattaya - Best Places, How to Reach, Cost, Tips

Pattaya in Thailand is one of the first destinations that first-timers to the country are primarily drawn to, apart from Bangkok itself. It is one of the most vibrant coastal cities on the planet. Tourists descend here to experience one of the best nightlifes known to mankind. But even during the day, Pattaya has plenty to offer for the more traditional tourists who are not looking to gulp down gallons of alcohol and dance till their feet give up. Snorkeling in Pattaya is one such activity that visitors look forward to, whether they be a group of friends, a couple on their honeymoon, or a family with kids. Blessed with crystal clear waters and bountiful offshore islands such as Koh Larn (Coral Island), Pattaya caters to both non-swimmers and veterans alike and promises some of the best shallow-water diving experiences.

Jet skis are not allowed as a policy of governmental projects to keep the environment as natural as possible, which Pattaya mainland lacks.
