Due to tension at border areas currently, RAW Research and Analysis Wing suspect possibilities of terror attacks in Udaipur and Gujarat. The interstate boundaries have been sealed by the Police of Gujarat, fearing the attack. CRPF have also been stationed at the border.
The Ratanpur border which runs along Dungarpur border has also been sealed. The police teams have been appointed to keep a check on the situation.
Traffic on both sides of the border is being affected since vehicles are not being allowed to cross the borders. A lot of areas around Gujarat have been put on alert including Rishabhdev, Kotda and other areas.
As per the information communicated by Udaipur SP Kailash Bishnoi, no direct information has been received from the police of Gujarat, but after communicating with them, potential terrorism intrusion is probable in Udaipur via the route of Gujarat which was gathered by the intelligence agencies. The exact location and identities of the terrorists are still not known.
