Lunapark, Alanya Overview
The Alanya Funfair, or Alanya Lunapark, is an amusement park on the outskirts of the city. There are smaller rides for kids and more thrilling rides for adrenaline junkies. A Ferris wheel with gondolas can give one a bird’s eye view of the city. There are also traditional attractions like bumper cars, a carousel, and a roller coaster.
Located on the west entrance of the city on the coast, this park is easily accessible. One can exit the D4000 highway and reach it pretty immediately. There is also the option of availing the bus, but this journey can take up to 2 hours. There are food stalls inside, where people can buy snacks such as candied apples and cotton candy. Many accommodations surrounding the amusement park include free entrance to the Lunapark as part of staying with them.
