Nana Plaza, Bangkok Overview
Nana Plaza is a commercial building on the Sukhumvit Road in Khlong Toei district of Bangkok. Known as the “world’s largest adult playground”, Nana Plaza gets its name from its prominent member Lek Nana. Being the most colourful part of the city, Nana Plaza is primarily famous for the bars, pubs, clubs, street food vendors which attracts a considerable crowd all year round.
Also known as Nana Entertainment Plaza, it is a U-shaped building which has been renovated quite a few times by different managing operators like Panthera Group and Nana Partners Co. Ltd. Initially, the place started as a restaurant and a shopping centre in the late 1970s but soon opened twenty bars considering the high tourism rate. However, being an adult area of Bangkok, one will usually not find families and kids visiting this place since it is known for the notorious activities.
