Covering an area of 420 square kilometres and Located just 10 kilometres away from the city centre , the park is world's largest park in an urban area. Apart from hosting a rich variety of flora and fauna, with numerous species of birds, capybaras, wild pigs, armadillos, maned wolves, jaguars and snakes, the park's greatest attraction are its natural mineral water swimming pools. You can take either of the two trails offered here, Capybara is 20 minutes walks whereas Aguas Cristais is an hour long walk through the lush green forests. The park makes an ideal destination for cooling off for a while away from the city.
