Khao Khitchakut National Park covers flourishing rich forestland of about 59 km² in Chantaburi province. One of the smallest national parks in the country, it is well known for its annual pilgrimage, mystical waterfalls, and a number of challenging hiking trails which can be followed at any time of the day during the two months of pilgrimage, even during the nighttime. Every year from February to April, this national park is visited by hundreds of devotees, who hike to the top of the hill to worship the giant rocks on the summit, where there is a trace of Buddha's footprint at the Khitchakut Temple.
