Dierenrijik Zoo , Eindhoven Overview

Dierenrijk is a zoo in Mierlo close to Eindhoven, located in Gulbergen.One can come across different animals in this zoo and opt for various tours, activities, feed presentations, etc, which will help one acquaint oneself with the animals and other related facts.

Many tourists like visiting this place because of its close connection with nature and wildlife. The Dierenrijik Zoo is also considered good for its wildlife conservation. This zoo began with animal species that existed at the time in European nature. Ever since Siberian tigers were introduced in May 2007, the park also began to take a keen interest in Asian species. Since then, the name was changed from ‘Dierenrijik Europa’ to ‘Dierenjirik’. The initial slogan, ‘The Children’s Zoo’ was recently changed to ‘Enjoy together’. The Dierenrijik Zoo opened in May 2004.
