You can relax by the temple complex in Orchha, or go boating in the river. This gives you a nice view of the whole town. The Orchha Fort is also a good place to be if you crave some peace and quiet a (Read More)mong history and architecture.

You can do pedal boat in the river, right in front of chhatris - it is mostly calm river and you can get a boat for half an hour for just Rs. 100. Evenings are ideal for this.

This place has everything for the traveler the river (Betwa), The Royal Chhatris, Temples, Water activities, forts, and beautiful and luxurious hotels. Also, the cleanliness is awesome. Also, the foo (Read More)d is awesome. Please do not miss the Desi Kalakand and Milk at night time in front of Raja Rama Temple.

Orcha is famous for Lord Rama's temple. It is historical and devotional place to visit. River Betva beside temple puts an attraction to the site. There is a famous Hanuman ji Temple near it.

Orchha is a beautiful historical site. Very easy to approach. Just 20km from Jhansi which is a very important rail junction of central railway , so very well connected to other parts of India. The ar (Read More)chitecture of palaces is mix of Rajput and Mughal style. Chattris of Bundela kings is a must visit site as they are different in style from chattris of other Rajput Rajas and tombs. View from Lakshmi temple is awesome as one can see most of the monuments of Orchha from here . one can opt to stay in Sheesh Mahal to have the feel of fort .
