Central Festival, Pattaya Overview

Central Festival Pattaya is the ideal beach-side shopping mall that stands apart from the bargain stalls and bazaars that line Pattaya Beach Road. At this mall, one is treated to over 350 shops serving international and local brands. There’s also a great food court upstairs that caters to every kind of culinary desire, a department store, and an entertainment complex.

The Central Festival mall spans 200,000 square metres and seven floors. It is situated at prime property along Pattaya Beach Road between Soi 9 and Soi 10. Every Friday, the square in front of the mall hosts a flea-market called ‘Indie In Town’ where you can purchase second-hand and quirky merchandise. This ideal location lets one shop to after a day of hanging on the beach or provides an air-conditioned, retail experience to escape the heat of Pattaya. Understandably, it has become the go-to shopping destination amongst both locals and tourists.

Cinema

At the front entrance of Central Festival Pattaya is a gorgeous tropic square. It is full of ponds, waterfalls, and lush plants that overlook Pattaya Bay. This is a scenic area to spend time with friends and family but it can get too hot on sunny days.

Inside the mall, the giant entertainment complex includes a ten-screen cinema, a 16 lane bowling alley, and arcade machines. The cinema plays both local and international blockbusters in a variety of languages. It isn’t the fanciest cinema experience in the city but it’s still a comfortable, luxurious experience with tickets starting at THB 8,000.

Restaurants at Central Festival Mall

The mall has eating options to cater to every kind of palate. There are fast food restaurants like Dominos, KFC, and McDonalds along with independent outlets. The cuisines you’ll find here include Thai, Indian, Korean, and Japanese.

Central Festival’s ‘FoodLoft’ is a part food court, part buffet dining experience. It serves a variety of cuisine for a nominal price and is ideal for large groups who’d like different types of food. FoodLoft has a great view of Pattaya Bay too.
