Suggested Itinerary for Raichak

One of the best things about Raichak is that it gives you the luxury of a holiday in its true essence- without having to run all over the place to see everything. The Radisson Fort is the most beautiful and prime tourist attraction. The fort has been converted into a hotel, so even if you don't stay here because of the steep tariffs, you can always have your meals here and explore the place thoroughly.

The Diamond Harbour is the next most attractive place. Hire a cab in the morning, go to the site, enjoy the harbour, visit the Chingrihkali Fort, see the lighthouse, the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram at your leisure pace and then drive back in the evening. The next day you can probably relax by river Hooghly, enjoy a boat ride or a jetty ride and leave on sunset.
