Grisia Street is a popular street in the old sectors of Rovinj. The narrow street is mostly known for its annual art exhibition that showcases the works of artists from Croatia and Europe when it lines up with numerous stalls showcasing the artworks of amateur artists, children and academicians.
Church of St. Euphemia Lies at the end of this street. This artistic festival began in 1976 and is held on the first Sunday of August each year. Many also frequent it for its handmade jewellery, ceramics, indigenous Istrian pieces, sculptures from local and foreign artists, etc. Due to the large number of art exhibitions, galleries, studios, art stalls and artworks that adorn this street throughout the year, it is also known as the “artist’s street” by many.
