Rovinj is a city alongside the coastline, which only means one thing- Beaches! It is home to several beaches, all offering different experiences to visitors. They give you a breath-taking view of the clean and beautiful sea. From relaxation to adventure, you can experience it all at these four beaches.

Located at the entrance of the Zlatni Rt or Golden Cape Nature Park is this stunning beach called Lone Bay Beach. It is popular mainly for its sunbathing and the pretty landscape. It has crystal turquoise water and light fine pebbles. The beach is especially enjoyed by children as it has inflatable toys, along with several activities for them along with their parents. Monte or Baluota beach is located right in the centre of Rovinj. It offers a view of the St. Catherine Island and as well as a view of the beautiful sunset. Its coastline is downward sloping, making it dangerous for children and older people. Located on the banks of St. Catherine Island is The Beach of Island Katarina. The beach has a rocky shore, with pebble patches. The west side of the beach has especially large rocks, that are famous by the names- Golden, Silver and Bronze rocks. They are also favourable for cliff jumping.

Amarin is a beach with a paved land, full of pebbles, along with lush greenery. It has been awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness, which proves that the beach is suitable for swimming and sunbathing. One can also rent deck-chairs, sunshades, pedal boats, scooters and sailboards. A beach volleyball set-up is also there for you to unleash your sporty side.
