Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu
Airport Pickup: Upon arrival, our representative will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport, who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel.
Optional Evening Excursion:
  • If time allows, visit the Pashupatinath Temple for the evening Aarati ceremony along the sacred Bagmati River, where you can experience the spiritual ambiance and rituals dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  • Optionally, enjoy a night out at one of Kathmandu’s luxurious casinos (for those interested).
Overnight Stay: Five-star hotel accommodation in Kathmandu.
Morning: After breakfast, embark to some of Kathmandu’s most iconic and spiritual landmarks:
  • Pashupatinath Temple: Participate in the sacred Rudravishek Puja, a traditional ritual dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  • Guhyeshwari Temple: This temple is revered as one of the Shakti Peethas and holds great spiritual significance for devotees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

You may cancel the travel program at any point in time against paying the cancellation charge. These charges are a percentage of the total cost of your booked accommodation. Period before departure within which written notice of cancellation is received.

2.     19 – 10 days                                                  70%

3.     09 – 0 days                                                   100%

We also have a provision to transfer your trip to a third party, which will not charge extra, but the charges of airlines are still applied; if you inform us at least 10 before your trip departure, the above cancellation policy applies to you in whatever situation you cancel it. But the above conditions don’t apply if your trip is canceled due to our own problem.

Travel Insurance:
Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels strongly recommend to its client to get insurance in their home country before they book our travel packages which cover cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal life.

Extra Cost:
The extra cost due to unavoidable circumstances or due to the reason that is beyond our control shall not be liable to us.

Complaint
you have the right to complain about any service we provide. If we cannot resolve the problem immediately, to the service provider or our representative.

Your Conduct towards staff and other guests
We can refuse to accept you as our customer or continue our services to you if your behavior is disruptive, affects other guests, or threatens or abuses our staff or agents on the telephone. No refunds will be provided to you, and we may make a claim against you for any costs and expenses incurred as a result of your behavior. Criminal proceedings may also be instigated.
