Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival and Transfer to Havelock
  • Arrive at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight.
  • Our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name.
  • Transfer to Havelock Island by ferry.
  • Upon arrival, our representative will drop you at your resort in Havelock.
  • Note: Ensure arrival before 12:00 PM for same-day transfer to Havelock Island.
  • Cruise sailing is subject to weather conditions and government regulations.
  • Morning transfer to Elephant Beach by boat (approximately 30 minutes).
  • Enjoy one of the best reefs for snorkeling in Havelock.
  • Complimentary snorkeling session provided by a guide.
  • After snorkeling, return to Havelock dock by boat.
  • Transfer back to your hotel for the rest of the day.
  • Visit the Natural Rock Formation and Bharatpur Beach at Neil Island.
  • After the tour, return to Neil Jetty to board a cruise to Port Blair.
  • Upon arrival in Port Blair, our representative will drop you at your hotel for an overnight stay.
  • Check out from the hotel.
  • Proceed to the airport for your return flight.
  • Note: Early check-out from hotels; luggage can be stored at the reception kiosk if your flight is in the afternoon.
  • Optional visits to attractions during free time available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Recommended Hotels/Resorts
  • A cancellation charge of rupees 1500 per person is applicable anytime after the advance is paid.
  • Zero cancellation charges and a 100% credit note will be provided if the customer turns COVID positive before arrival or if Andaman Island is under lockdown (provided an ICMR-approved COVID test report is submitted).
  • 100% cancellation charges are applicable if the cancellation request is made within 10 days of arrival.
  • 35% of the total package amount will be charged if the cancellation request is received between 11 - 20 days before arrival.
  • 20% of the total package amount will be charged if the cancellation request is made between 21 - 30 days before arrival.
  • This cancellation policy applies only if all hotels and resorts booked at Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil are recommended properties by SeeAndamans.
  • The policy is not applicable for groups of 6 adults or more.
  • 100% cancellation charges are applicable anytime after the advance is paid for arrivals between 15th December and 15th January.
  • For properties like Sea Shell, Coral Reef, Barefoot, Munjoh, and Taj, 100% cancellation charges apply anytime after the advance is paid.
Cancellation Policy for Non-Recommended Hotels/Resorts
  • A cancellation charge of rupees 2500 per person is applicable anytime after the advance is paid.
  • No refund will be provided if the cancellation is received less than 10 days before arrival.
  • 50% of the total package amount will be charged if the cancellation request is received between 11 - 20 days before arrival.
  • 25% of the total package amount will be charged if the cancellation request is received between 21 - 30 days before arrival.
  • 100% cancellation charges are applicable anytime after the advance is paid for arrivals between 15th December and 15th January.
  • For properties like Sea Shell, Coral Reef, Barefoot, Munjoh, and Taj, 100% cancellation charges apply anytime after the advance is paid.
For Lockdown or COVID-Positive Cases Before Arrival
  • A credit note will be provided to customers from states/cities/towns with imposed lockdown after deducting charges of 1500 per person.
  • A credit note will be provided to customers who test positive after deducting charges of 1500 per person.
  • The credit note is valid for one year from the time it is issued and can only be used by the customer.
  • ICMR-approved COVID test reports must be submitted to avail of the credit note.
  • For Sea Shell, Coral Reef, Barefoot, Munjoh, and Taj properties, only rescheduling is allowed as per the hotel and resort policies.
Cancellation Policy for Packages with Flight
  • No refund and 100% cancellation charges apply if the flight is canceled, delayed, or rescheduled.
  • No refund and 100% cancellation charges apply for the cancellation of flight tickets at any time after the booking is made.
  • No refund will be provided for the trip due to flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling. If the guest manages to arrive at their own cost, the trip can be done as per the agreed-upon itinerary, but no refund will be given for any missed days.
