  • Sightseeing in most countries starts from a specific point, so clients may need to reach that point on their own.

So we did a Europe trip with Besten. Honest and transparent bunch of people. Costing was competitive and better than other operators. Quality of hotels and sightseeing packages was great. Arpit organi (Read More)zed the tour pretty well for us. We had a great time. Would surely recommend to others. Nothing as such...maybe adhere to better timelines or better communication on timelines of handing over of vouchers of pks. Overall I was good.

The package was also competitively priced, making it great value for the experience. Mr. Manoj Kumar calls up after totally drunk in the midnight & talks irrelevant. He sends funny cartoons on the what's App. Holidify shouldn't hv such type of travel agent on its list otherwise (Read More)customers will not deal with Holidify.

We had taken a trip for Turkey, a few of the hotels were really bad, which lacked the basic amenities. In some places they gave us walking tours , it is only possible if your hotel is in the central l (Read More)ocation or located nearby these monuments. They need to do some research before planning these tours. In the itenary we had Kusadasi as our last place of visit in Turkey but we were kept in Manisha which is around 33 kms away from Kusadasi. I fail to understand why they did this. When I called them up the person replied that the hotel is good. When you visit a foreign country our main objective is to see the place and not stay in a hotel room. Though their transfers from the airport to the hotel was good., but in two places they did not give us any transfers . They said they would refund the money, but there is no news from their end. Whatever is given in the itenary there is a lot of variation in the actual trip. They send all the vouchers at the last moment so that you don't have enough time to go through as you have a flight to catch. I would not suggest anyone to travel through this agency.

My European adventure included iconic landmarks in Rome like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, followed by delicious food. I then explored the Amalfi Coast in Naples, indulging in local specialties li (Read More)ke Lantica Pizza and lemon sorbet ice cream. Paris offered a taste of French pastries and the magic of Disneyland and Eiffel Tower while Amsterdam introduced me to Dutch culture through a coffee shop visit, a windmill sighting, and a trip to Edam. This was all possible because of Besten Tours, they made sure to have all the best arrangements with best tour guides. All hotels provided were perfect and in city centre.
