  • Costs incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay due to flight cancellations, bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or any factors beyond control are not covered.
  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Travel insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Sightseeing in most countries starts from a specific point, so clients may need to reach that point on their own.
  • Transfers between hotels and train/bus stations, or hotels and ferry ports are not included unless specifically added upon request with additional charges.
  • A small amount of city/hotel tax in different countries/states must be paid locally and is not included in the package.
  • In case a cruise is part of the itinerary, a gratuity amount must be paid by the guest at check-in or check-out, which is not included in the package amount.

Nothing as such...maybe adhere to better timelines or better communication on timelines of handing over of vouchers of pks. Overall I was good.
